• Numbers: Shows the pollution/particulate matter measurement (in micrograms of PM2.5 per cubic meter). A reading of ‘000’ is excellent. The numbers will increase as the unit detects more particulate matter in the air.
• Colours: Has 3 different colours (blue, orange, and red) to symbolize the spike in VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) in the area or a spike in particulates (aerosols), whichever it is sensing as highest. Do not be alarmed by the colour change. The unit will eventually return to blue once the pathogens have been cleared.

Indoor air is drawn through the bottom of the unit. The air then passes though the HEPA-Rx Filter, and then passes through the Activated Carbon Filter and the Germicidal UV-C + Photocatalytic Nano-TiO2 chamber. The purified air is then released through the outlet on the top of the unit. The Revitalizing Negative Ion Generators near the air outlet releases revitalizing negative ions in the air which refreshes the air.

Activated Carbon Filter
Absorbs VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) - noxious odours, chemicals & gases.

Germicidal UV-C +
Ruptures the DNA of viruses & bacteria, effectively destroying them.

TiO2 Catalyst
The Titanium Oxide decomposes toxic & hazardous organic pollutants in contaminated air in the presence of UV-C light creating electrons and holes at the catalyst surface. The electrons & holes undergo reactions with the adsorbed VOCs on the surface that leads to the release of clean purified air.

Hydroxyl Radicals
Hydroxyl radicals are released in the internal chamber by the oxidation of OH− & H2O molecules, and further attack pollutants, breaking apart their chemical bonds rendering them harmless.

Revitalizing Negative Ion Chamber
Before the clean air is circulated back into the room, the air is revitalized with negative ions. Studies have shown that negative ions may reduce symptoms of depression, have an activating influence on some body systems & cognitive performance, & promote antimicrobial activity. *

Filter Tested 99.998% efficiency at 0.1 microns & 99.2% at 0.00025 microns (COVID-19 is approx. 0.125 microns).
